What happens after the 1-month free trial?

You’ll get a reminder one week before your trial ends to complete your billing details if you wish to continue using Ziggu. Invoices are sent monthly at the start of each month. Currently, we don’t support credit card payments.

Are there additional costs next to the monthly pricing?

No, that’s all. Your monthly cost only increases if you request more active projects or storage. This won’t happen automatically—upgrades are added only upon request and invoiced pro rata until your next renewal date.

What is an 'active' project?

An active project lets you send/receive messages and upload documents. You can deactivate a project anytime—everyone keeps access to info and documents in read-only mode, and no data is lost

Is there a discount for annual billing?

Yes, you can get a 20% discount for annual billing. Ask us about it in-app! 

How do I cancel my subscription?

Just email us at info@ziggu.io or send an in-app message. We'll cancel your next renewal, and you'll have 2 weeks to export your data.
