During office hours there will always be a real human ready to help and guide you. We offer extensive support through our live chat, online help resources, webinars and a library of how-to videos.

Step-by-step learnings

While you’re getting started, you’ll receive regular, personalised tips and tricks in your inbox, next to the general help center. As a user you’ll also get access to webinars to refresh your knowledge or introduce you to new features and best practices.

Review meetings

We love talking to our customers. During review meetings your customer success manager takes the time to listen to feedback and questions. Your CSM will also help to identify opportunities to make sure you achieve your specific goals and ROI.
